However: 🥰 We can adjust the product.
- If the product does not fit due to our mistake, we will fix all the details free of charge.
- If the product does not fit due to other reasons, alteration is carried out at the expense of the client. The cost depends on the complexity of the alteration.
I want to make a gift. Can I choose a product without knowing the size?
Yes, our managers will be happy to help you choose the size. You need to tell us your approximate weight, breed, and send us a few photos. We will convene a consultation and help you choose the size ❤️
Do you sew clothes or buy ready-made ones?
