Shipping policy

We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship, ensuring quick delivery. For custom-made items, please allow additional time for production.

Production Time

For custom-made items, production time can take up to 9 business days. We always make every effort to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality standards.

Shipping from Various Locations

Our orders may be shipped from different locations depending on your location:

  • Ukraine: Many of our products are crafted and shipped from our full-cycle production facility in Ukraine, where we handle every stage of the manufacturing process. 3-5 days inside Ukraine and up to 10 business days for international orders.

  • USA or Europe: Some orders may be fulfilled from the warehouse in Germany to ensure faster delivery times. 2-3 business days. 

  • China: Certain items may be shipped directly from China, produced by our trusted and approved manufacturers. While some may hold opinions about the quality of Chinese products, we work exclusively with our selected manufacturer in China and continually monitor product quality to meet our standards.

 

Shipping logistics providers: DHL, UPS, THT, FedEX, Wanb and EMS, YunExpress, Yanwen

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it may take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...).

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods or when your package is being checked by customs, delivery may take longer. In special situations, there may be a delay of 5 working days. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time, but we cannot be held responsible for any late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s operations and customs procedures in the destination country for international orders.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If a package is refused, the customer will be refunded (less shipping) after the package has been successfully delivered back to our warehouse



Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.

Your Dog Business is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.

Your Dog Business is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change or cancel an order, please email info@yourdogbusiness.com within 1 hour and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.


Tracking

  • Tracking Numbers are updated within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.

  • Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Your Dog Business reserves the right to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

  • Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included..
