Refund policy
Our policy allows for returns within 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Custom-made items (tailored to specific measurements) are not eligible for returns. However, we can remake the item if it does not fit. If we made an error in the production, we will remake the item at our expense, including shipping in both directions. If the item does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, the customer will bear the costs of remaking and shipping.
Free Exchange on First Order
We understand how challenging it can be to select the right size on your first purchase. If your item follows our standard size chart and does not fit, we offer a free exchange for the correct size on your first order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Member Countries
Regardless of the above, if the item is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Information
Items that are damaged, contain pet hair, have an odor, or have stains are also non-returnable.
